Introducing Agent Lee - a new interface to the Cloudflare stack

Cloudflare's new feature flag service, Flagship, enables AI agents to deploy code to production safely by controlling the rollout with feature flags. This decouples human attention from the shipping process, allowing agents to move fast while maintaining safety. Flagship is built on OpenFeature, a CNCF open standard for feature flag evaluation, and integrates seamlessly with Cloudflare's infrastructure for fast and localized evaluation. Flagship uses Workers, Durable Objects, and KV to evaluate flags at the edge, eliminating the need for HTTP round-trips and external services. The Flagship binding for Cloudflare Workers provides a simple and efficient way to evaluate flags within the Workers runtime. Flagship is available in closed beta, offering a native feature flag service that integrates with OpenFeature for a standardized evaluation interface across languages and providers. This allows developers to swap between providers by changing a single line of configuration.
